I ordered the seamless clip in extensions and the clips were the worst clips ever. Did not hold on to my hair. I had to drench in hairspray and tease it too many times. I do not recommend these not worth the price

I've been rocking extensions for around ten years now. Honestly, this was by far the lowest quality hair I've ever bought. Just three weeks in, and it turned into a tangled, frizzy disaster - and I barely washed it! One of the tape-in wefts even had a purple thread stuck in the hair, sewn right in there; clearly, quality control is a joke. It's high time social media influencers stop pushing such subpar products, profiting off their followers' trust.

Since I was pressed for time, I decided to check Amazon for similar balayage/highlight clip-ins after realizing that Mhot hair wouldn’t arrive in time. To my surprise, I found the exact same hair—same colors and quality—at a lower price and with speedy 2-day shipping. The return process for Mhot was pretty straightforward, though I had to keep following up with them to confirm they got my packages and processed my refund. It wasn’t the worst experience, but honestly, you could save a ton of time, cash, and hassle by just shopping on Amazon.

When I ordered online there was an estimated shipping time of about three days, I excitedly ordered two sets of clip ins for my birthday coming up. My package ended up taking three weeks to come and it was only one of the sets I ordered. The second set came about two weeks after that. Because I was in a time crunch I went to Amazon to find similar balayage/highlight clip ins when I realized the Mhot hair wouldn't make it in time and to my surprise it was the exact same hair - same colors and quality but for a lower price and much faster 2-day shipping. The return process for Mhot was fairly painless although I had to keep emailing them to make sure they received my packages and issued my refund. Not the worse experience but you can save a lot of time, money, and stress by just going to Amazon.

This place is a total scam. I ordered some hair back in July, specifically on August 13, 2022. The quality was terrible, so I returned it. Now, I still haven't seen my refund of 164.65€. Every time I reach out, they just give me excuses. I'm really fed up; I need that money back. I work hard for my cash, so ladies, steer clear of this site. Thanks.

They are scam , I bought hair since July August 13 2022, i order there,the hair was bad I send it back , since now they don't refund my money 164.65€ always I contact them the give me excuses I'm tired I need the money I work so hard to get back to my account so Ladies don't buy there thanks.
